1 - pound Button Mushrooms
1 - cup All Purpose Flour
2 - teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 - teaspoon Paprika
2 - large Eggs
1 - cup Breadcrumbs or Panko

Setting Up Dredging Stations: In one dish, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a second dish, place beaten eggs. In a third, breadcrumbs or panko.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Dredge The Mushrooms
Coat each mushroom slice in flour, dip in eggs, then cover with breadcrumbs or panko.

Fry The Mushrooms
Fry in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Making Ranch Dipping Sauce
Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, chives, garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, then refrigerate until serving. (If you'd like this dipping sauce more of a dressing consistency simply add milk or buttermilk.)
