Ingredients:

4 - 6-8 oz Tilapia Filets
5 - Tablespoon Melted Butter
2 - Cloves Minced Garlic
1/4 - teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 - Tablespoons Acadiana Steak Seasoning
1 - Sliced into Rounds Lemon
1/2 - Zest & Juice Lemon
1/4 - Bunch Coarse Chopped Parsley

Directions

Step 1 -
Preheat oven to 400°. Season tilapia with Acadiana Steak Seasoning (you should add a little salt as the Acadiana seasoning doesn't have much salt in it) and place on a small baking sheet.

Step 2 -
Mix together butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and zest then pour over tilapia. Place lemon rounds on top and around tilapia.

Step 3 -
Bake tilapia until fork-tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Add your coarse chopped parsley on top right before serving.
